- What would make you refer me for in-person care?
About the medicine
- What is the medicine’s own name (not the brand), and does it come as a shot, a pill, or something else?
- Is the finished product FDA-approved or compounded?
- If compounded, why is that route being used for me?
- Which pharmacy will make and send it?
- What written label and storage directions come with it?
About money and follow-up
- What is the full first-month cost?
- What is the full ongoing monthly cost?
- Are visits, tests, supplies, shipping, and medicine separate?
- How do cancellation, refills, and refunds work?
